Job Summary Deliver quality education by developing course materials, planning and administering training, teaching assigned subjects, assessing student progress, and maintaining compliance with EduTrust standards. Responsibilities • Develop detailed course notes and lesson plans for assigned subjects to ensure structured learning • Plan and administer training programmes to deliver effective instruction for assigned subjects • Teach subjects within the scope of qualifications to facilitate student learning and engagement • Source and recommend appropriate training aids and materials to enhance teaching effectiveness • Assess and grade students’ work and prepare comprehensive progress reports to track learning outcomes • Assist in creating student assessments to evaluate knowledge and skills acquisition • Participate actively in departmental meetings and promotional events to support institutional goals • Maintain accurate records in compliance with EduTrust requirements to ensure regulatory adherence • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the institution’s operational needs
