Senior Trust Officer

Senior Trust Officer Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, providing full ongoing administration support. • Act as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structure setup and day-to-day administration. • Ensure trusts and companies meet relevant statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements. • Support periodic client reviews based on risk ratings and internal policies. • Handle restructuring, termination, liquidation and winding-up matters when required. • Coordinate with internal teams on billing, collections and preparation of financial statements. • Maintain accurate trust, corporate and client records, including internal databases and documentation. • Review work and provide guidance to junior team members. • Support ad-hoc internal, regulatory and operational projects as required. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services. • Solid knowledge of trust and corporate administration. • Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members. • Good understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements. • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail. • STEP, CGI or similar professional qualification, or currently pursuing one, is an advantage.
