Retail Sales & Marketing Executive [SL]

Key Responsibilities • Engage with walk-in customers and introduce the company's lighting and home décor products. • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and information. • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase. • Respond to product enquiries and provide timely and accurate information. • Proactively identify potential customers and new business opportunities outside the retail showroom. • Follow up on enquiries and prospective customers to support sales conversion. • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent and professional customer experience. • Manage and update the company website and social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram. • Assist with product promotions, digital content updates and other marketing-related activities where required. • Perform other retail, sales and administrative duties as assigned.
