Contract Assistant Manager, Finance – Healthcare | Up to $6,000 #HHLT

📍 HarbourFront 💰 Up to $6,000/month 📅 Contract till May 2027 💼 Responsibilities • Handle hands-on accounting activities for assigned business units / entities • Prepare and complete journal entries within stipulated timelines • Perform intercompany reconciliations and submit reporting through Tagetik • Ensure revenue and expenses are accurately and promptly recorded • Review monthly P&L fluctuations and provide variance explanations • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules and clear long-outstanding items • Prepare tax schedules and support tax-related queries • Perform monthly bank reconciliations • Support annual stocktake exercises and incentive computations • Ensure accounting activities comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements • Handle high-volume accounting activities across multiple entities • Support the Reporting Manager in supervising finance staff • Identify operational issues and drive process improvements 📝 Requirements • Min. degree in Accountancy required • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred • Prior audit experience advantageous • Experience handling high-volume accounting operations and multiple legal entities preferred • Some supervisory / managerial experience, including managing 1–2 staff, advantageous • MNC / healthcare experience preferred • Shared services experience advantageous • Strong hands-on accounting and time-management skills 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
