Temp Administrative Associate, Home Care – Healthcare | Up to $2,700 #HHLT

📍 Ang Mo Kio 🕒 Mon–Fri, Office Hours 💰 $2,300–$2,700/month 📅 6-Month Contract 💼 Responsibilities • Provide administrative support for Home Care operations • Compile financial scheme documentation including Medifund, Medisave and eSMF for claims submission • Extract and monitor data to support scheduling of client review assessments • Maintain training calendars, learning materials and audit documentation • Support client onboarding for e-GIRO payments • Create and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards • Maintain vendor contracts, operational reports and expense records • Coordinate appointments between vendors and clients • Raise purchase orders and support equipment/inventory management • Coordinate receiving, restocking and distribution of inventory • Support implementation and administration of Medisave processes • Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide general administrative support 📝 Requirements • Min. diploma, GCE ‘A’ Level or Certificate in Business Administration / Management • Min. 2 years of administrative support experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Good written and verbal communication skills • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Proactive with good coordination and organisational skills 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
