🏢 Building & Facilities Executive | 1-Year Contract (Renewable) 📍 Location: Gul Circle 💰 Salary: $4,500 – $5,600/month 🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm 📅 Contract: 1 year, renewable ⏳ Candidates serving up to 1 month notice are welcome to apply Looking for an experienced and hands-on Building & Facilities Executive who is comfortable independently managing day-to-day facilities operations. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine inspections, maintenance and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures and facilities • Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance • Troubleshoot and respond to facilities-related issues and breakdowns • Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers • Support fire safety system checks and general safety inspections • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs and reports • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and regulatory requirements • Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation when required What We’re Looking For • Relevant experience in building/facilities maintenance or facilities management • Good hands-on knowledge of M&E, HVAC, plumbing and general building systems 📩 Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
