Regional Accounting Manager [EL]

• Oversee the review of subsidiaries’ monthly financial accounts, reporting packages and tax submissions to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and statutory compliance. • Analyse financial performance, investigate significant variances and prepare management reports to support business decision-making. • Manage end-to-end accounting activities and provide technical guidance and support to accounting team members. • Monitor cash flow positions, working capital and capital requirements across subsidiaries. • Provide accounting support and guidance to local and regional entities on accounting treatments and financial reporting matters. • Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and related supporting schedules. • Manage relationships with outsourced accounting providers, company secretaries, external auditors and tax consultants. • Coordinate Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. • Monitor adherence to Group accounting policies, financial procedures, internal controls and reporting guidelines. • Participate in finance-related initiatives, process improvements and other projects as assigned.
