Sales Manager (Oil & Gas) $7K - $8.5K + AWS + VB / Benefits: Petrol + Mobile Allowance, Commission (Jurong)

Key Duties • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned revenue targets • Build and execute sales strategies for instrumentation, valves and rotating equipment • Win new clients across the Oil & Gas, EPC and Fabrication sectors, while nurturing relationships with existing key accounts • Drive aftermarket revenue, including spares, servicing and replacement projects • Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms with customers • Analyse the market to spot demand trends and new opportunities • Produce sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates for the Sales Director, to whom you report directly • Partner with the engineering and servicing teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical or a related field • At least 5 years of sales experience • Working knowledge of Instrumentation, Valves or Rotating Equipment • A proven record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities • Solid skills in market analysis and sales forecasting • Strong written and verbal communication Advantageous • An existing network of Oil & Gas, EPC or Fabricator customers • Experience in technology or professional services How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua (R1110624) EA License No: 06C4642
