Director of Sales

What You'll Do • Lead all sales pre-opening activities, including account acquisition, market positioning, sales strategy development, team mobilization, and business pipeline generation • Develop and execute the hotel's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share • Lead sales activities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Consortia, and other key market segments • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and strategic stakeholders • Partner closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximise commercial performance • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting to support business objectives • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Sales team • Represent the hotel at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities
