Responsibilities: • Independently develop and manage customer relationships across India, including tobacco manufacturers, intermediaries, and production workshops. • Conduct product presentations, distribute samples, and gather customer requirements to support sales growth. • Build and expand business networks through industry contacts and market outreach activities. • Maintain regular communication with customers and follow up on sample evaluations, commercial discussions, and business opportunities. • Accurately collect and report customer feedback, market needs, and sales opportunities to management. • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, customer demand, and regulatory developments. • Prepare and submit regular market and sales reports. • Continuously develop industry, product, and sales knowledge to enhance business development capabilities. Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or market-related roles. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Proficiency in Hindi language for liaising with Hindi-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Willingness to travel extensively and work across various regions of India, including rural and developing markets. Advantage: • Proficiency in Chinese language for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Experience in the tobacco industry is an added advantage.
