Service Crew

Join our Korean fried chicken restaurant and help deliver great food and friendly service. Job details • Location: East Side • Employment: Full-time • Salary: Up to S$2,500 per month Key responsibilities • Welcome customers, arrange seating and take orders accurately. • Explain menu items and recommend food, drinks and promotions. • Serve food and beverages promptly and coordinate with the kitchen. • Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately. • Monitor incoming delivery orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation. • Pack takeaway and delivery orders, checking all items, drinks and special requests before handing orders to customers or delivery riders. • Clear and reset tables, keeping the dining and service areas clean. • Attend to customer requests and refer complaints to the manager when needed. • Replenish service supplies and assist with opening and closing duties. • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures. Requirements • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage. • Friendly, responsible and willing to learn. • Good communication skills and able to work well in a team. • Able to handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders during busy periods. • Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
