Senior IT Executive

Responsibilities: Overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals. Infrastructure Management: • Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support. • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards. • Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. • Participate in IT projects to support business requirements. • Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals. • Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices. Requirements: • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline • > 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience • Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity • Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 • Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment • Willingness to travel and provide on-call support • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation • Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment • Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge • Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience • Project coordination experience • Work location: 10 Bulim Ave • Shift-rotation role, with 5 days of work from office. • Shift Pattern: no shift • Standby: 2 weeks per month
