Contract Paralegal (Up to $4K) #NJN

Tai Seng 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) Immediate - end January 2027 (extendable) • Proofread, and format legal documents, contracts and summary, coordinate with internal clients to verify commercial terms for accuracy and completeness, and assist in drafting basic legal documents under supervision. • Support the contract lifecycle by triaging requests to appropriate legal reviewers, and managing both e-signature and manual execution processes. Ensure signatures are complete and authorized, and upload fully executed agreements promptly into the contract management system. • Conduct basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks to support legal matters and prepare summaries or reports as directed. • Help maintain regional entity filings and records, coordinate with internal teams on routine corporate updates, and ensure timely updates to the entity management system. • Learn and assist in the use of the contract management system; help answer user questions under supervision on a regular basis. • Provide translation support for documents and assist with reviewing translated documents. • Other ad hoc duties assigned Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
