Kitchen Assistant for Jap Steak house

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Kitchen Assistant in our thriving restaurant Yappari Steak house. As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Main Responsibilities (but not limited to) 1. Food prep: Wash, slice, marinate, and portion meats (such as wagyu or ribeye), seafood, and vegetables according to restaurant standard. 2. Grill & Hot Section: Basic hot-kitchen equipment, fryers or hot stones under supervision. 3. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict food safety practices, sanitize workspaces, dispose of waste properly etc. Requirements: 1. No prior experience required however, a passion for food and willingness to learn is essential. 2. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices is a plus. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. 5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
