Accounts Executive (3 Days / Perm) - LL

Job Description: We are seeking an Accounts Executive to work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our company's accounting and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day accounting and operational transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries. • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, purchase orders, and related accounting documents. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using the accounting system and Microsoft Excel. • Review supplier documentation to ensure all transactions are correct and accurately recorded. • Verify shipping documents for completeness and accuracy. • Ensure proper filing and organized documentation of records within the company's shared drive. • Execute month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of management reports. • Assist with year-end annual reporting and audit processes.
