What You’ll Be Doing • Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments and general enquiries. • Manage patient appointments, registrations and administrative documentation accurately. • Provide clear and courteous assistance throughout the patient journey. • Handle payments, billing-related matters and administrative transactions where required. • Coordinate with medical and operational teams to facilitate smooth patient flow. • Respond to patient enquiries and assist in resolving service-related matters professionally. • Maintain accurate patient information and ensure relevant records are updated promptly. • Support daily counter operations and other administrative duties as required. • Contribute to a positive, efficient and patient-centric service environment. What We’re Looking For • Relevant experience in customer service, front desk, administration or healthcare-related environments is advantageous. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. • Comfortable interacting with patients and handling enquiries professionally. • Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Good computer literacy and administrative skills. • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
