Compliance & Claims Executive [SAS]

Key Responsibilities • Provide practical compliance guidance to salespersons on property-related matters and relevant company requirements. • Support the handling of Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) matters and represent the Company where authorised. • Participate in mediation sessions relating to commission disputes and support the resolution process. • Manage AML-related enquiries, audit checks, documentation and follow-up actions. • Review and follow up on enquiries, feedback and concerns received from salespersons and clients. • Attend to walk-in visitors and telephone enquiries and provide timely assistance. • Prepare and draft legal, compliance and administrative documents as required. • Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to follow up on compliance, claims and dispute-related matters. • Assist with other departmental projects, administrative matters and ad hoc assignments as required.
