Logistics & Procurement Executive #HDCA

Keep operations moving and make every purchase count! We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Executive to support purchasing activities, coordinate logistics operations and ensure the timely flow of goods and supplies. This role is suited for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working across procurement, suppliers and day-to-day operational coordination. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities • Source, evaluate and liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and coordinate orders • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and maintain accurate procurement records • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies when required • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics arrangements • Follow up with suppliers and logistics partners on delivery schedules and outstanding orders • Ensure goods are received accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain proper documentation for purchases, deliveries and inventory • Work closely with internal teams to understand purchasing and logistics requirements • Assist with supplier coordination, price comparisons and procurement-related administrative tasks • Handle other ad-hoc logistics, purchasing and operational duties as required What We’re Looking For • Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain or a related role is advantageous • Good coordination and organisational skills • Comfortable liaising with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation • Good communication and follow-up skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Able to manage multiple orders, timelines and priorities effectively Ready to take ownership of purchasing and logistics operations?
