Customer Service Executive [SL]

Customer Service & Support • Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, email and other appropriate communication channels. • Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, orders, delivery status and related matters. • Maintain professional and effective communication with customers throughout the service process. • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and reliable service. Order & Administrative Processing • Process customer orders, quotations and related documentation accurately and in accordance with established procedures. • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries and outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. • Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support as required. Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other relevant departments to address customer enquiries and resolve service issues. • Monitor order and delivery progress and communicate relevant updates to customers. • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, investigate issues where appropriate and recommend suitable solutions. Other Duties • Assist with general customer service and administrative activities. • Perform other relevant duties and assignments as assigned by the supervisor or management.
