Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Lakeside) Turnaround Planning & Project Engineer • Plan and coordinate turnaround activities, including worklists, scope, manpower, equipment, materials and logistics. • Conduct field verification and ensure engineering documents, permits and procedures are ready before execution. • Support turnaround scheduling, readiness reviews, risk assessments and scope freeze activities. • Coordinate daily turnaround execution, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and timely completion. • Monitor work progress, productivity, costs and schedule, and support recovery plans for delays. • Resolve site technical issues with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams. • Support shutdown, startup, commissioning and post-turnaround reviews. • Assist with minor CAPEX, plant modification and reliability improvement projects. • Coordinate engineering reviews, procurement, installation, MOC and project close-out. • Support contractor performance, cost control and management reporting. • Identify opportunities to improve turnaround processes, procedures and contractor performance.
