6 Months Accounts Payable Assistant | Up to $4300 #NKA

Location: Pasir Panjang Duration: 6 months contract Working Hours: Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 5pm, Fri 830 - 4pm Salary: Up to $4300 Job Responsibilities: • Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner. • Perform invoice matching against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents. • Check invoice details, approvals and GL coding before processing. • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices or discrepancies. • Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice-related issues. • Assist with payment processing and ensure payments are made within agreed timelines. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records and documentation. • Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations. • Assist the Finance team with audit requirements and other ad-hoc accounting duties Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
