Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach [Govt]

• Location: Newton • Working Hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) • Salary: Up to $28.00 per hour • Duration : 3 + 3 months Key Responsibilities: • Support outreach and engagement activities with external stakeholders via email and phone. • Follow up with stakeholders on required information and submissions. • Attend to general enquiries from external stakeholders and members of the public. • Assist with the processing, verification and organisation of information and records received. • Maintain and update records, trackers and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date. • Assist with the collation and consolidation of data and information for reporting and monitoring purposes. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required. Job Requirements: • Minimum a degree in any discipline. • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. • Comfortable engaging external stakeholders through phone calls and emails.
