Senior / Executive (AP Team Lead)

Job Responsibilities · Performtimely and accurate billing for Freight shipments · Supporttimely month-end billing closure and preparation of monthly reports · Monitorbilling accuracy, outstanding jobs and other relevant billing KPIs · Enthusiasm indigitalisation, AI, projects and systemenhancements implementation · Support thedevelopment and implementation of automated billing for Freight · Assist indeveloping automated checks between shipment/job information, customer ratetables, quotations and supporting documents · Identifybilling activities suitable for automation, system validation orexception-based processing · Participatein testing of automation solutions and system enhancements, includingpreparation of test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) · Validatesystem-generated billing recommendations and investigate exceptions · Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual intervention, billingerrors and billing turnaround time · Other ad-hocduties, as assigned Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information systems or a related discipline • Candidates with other tertiary qualifications but strong relevant experience in freight forwarding, billing, automation or system implementation will also be considered • ERP such as Sys Freight and SAP Hana • Preferred candidate with experience in handling large volume of transaction monthly . • Able to work in a fast pace environment. • Able to do OT as and when required. • Work location at 60 pioneer Road, Tuas • Work days & hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm By submitting your application for this position, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by ST Logistics and its recruitment partners, including Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd, for the purpose of i) employment facilitation and ii) data and statistical analysis.
