HR Executive (6 months/GOVT/Central) - Training Provided/up to $22 per hr #HAO

Salary: $22/hr Duration: 6 months Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Raffles Place Job Description: • Assist the end-to-end performance management cycle, including appraisal administration, moderation logistics, data management, system support and coordination to improve user experience and processes. • Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives including preparation and posting of job advertisement, liaison with IHLs, coordination of career fair briefing including logistical support. • Assist in recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews, coordinating availabilities of hiring managers and candidates and facilitating interview arrangement. • Support staff onboarding and orientation activities, include liaising with new hires and preparing paperwork and on-boarding materials. • Plan and execute staff engagement and/ or recruitment activities and events. • Provide general HR administration support, including the maintenance of employee p-files, and other HR operational duties as assigned.
