Details : • Monday - Friday, Office Hours • Location: Buona Vista • AWS and company benefits • Salary up to $2,500 Jobscope : • Source and procure materials, packaging, consumables, and ad-hoc items according to business requirements. • Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, ensuring timely replenishment and purchase orders. • Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and related documentation. • Inspect incoming goods and resolve any delivery or documentation discrepancies. • Maintain inventory data, including lead times and Re-order Points (ROP), in CISPRO. • Update operational activity reports in SharePoint and track supply-related issues. • Process Goods Received (GR) upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders. • Coordinate shipment requests between customers, suppliers, forwarders, and couriers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Ensure goods are accurately accounted for, securely handled, and safeguarded throughout warehouse operations. • Support the achievement of operational, financial, and productivity targets.
