Responsibilities: • Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio • Build relationships with cents & leads to serve as a trusted advisor to them • Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products • Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings • Billing of clients and any other related ad hoc duties • 5 Days (Mon to Fri) / 9am to 6pm / near Chinatown • Immediate Requirements: • Min. Local Diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance • To have at least 2 years of related/relevant experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT Skills • Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) • Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills Independent, confident, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently • Able to work under pressure and in a team By applying, you consent that the contents of your CV and answers in the form will be processed for the purpose of job matching.
