University - Student Programme Administrative Executive (6 Months Contract) #NKC

• Respond to student enquiries and provide clear information on programme requirements, processes and deadlines. • Handle more complex enquiries by referring them to the relevant team for follow-up. • Track outstanding student matters and ensure timely follow-up and closure. • Maintain accurate student records, databases and administrative trackers. • Review and reconcile student lists and follow up on missing or inconsistent information. • Monitor student attendance, participation and programme completion status. • Follow up with students on outstanding requirements and documentation. • Support course registration, including checking, consolidating and updating registration lists. • Track registration changes and assist during registration and add/drop periods. • Support the processing of programme-related claims and check supporting documents. • Maintain proper records of claims and administrative documents. • Provide general administrative and operational support for programmes and events. • Assist with other duties as assigned by the team.
