Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shifts as and when required Key Responsibilities •Provide Level 3 support for critical network infrastructure incidents and service disruptions. •Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault isolation across LAN, WAN, Campus and Data Centre environments. •Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and recommend preventive measures. •Support day-to-day operations of switching, routing, security and network services. •Troubleshoot network protocols including: • BGP • OSPF • MPLS • EVPN • VXLAN • Multicast (PIM/IGMP) • HSRP/VRRP • STP/RSTP/MST •Analyze packet captures, system crashes, memory issues, high CPU conditions and network performance problems. •Support software upgrades, maintenance activities and change implementations. •Collaborate with internal infrastructure, security, application and data centre teams to resolve complex issues. •Provide technical recommendations and best practices for network resiliency and operational efficiency. •Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations and technology refresh initiatives. •Produce technical documentation, post-incident reports and operational runbooks. •Support regulatory and audit requirements within a financial services environment. •Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor ________________________________________ Required Qualifications •Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. •Minimum 10 years of hands-on network engineering and network support experience. •Strong expertise in core network troubleshooting within large-scale enterprise or mission-critical environments. •Experience supporting high-severity network outages and driving incident restoration under strict SLA requirements. ________________________________________ Mandatory Technical Skills Routing & Switching • BGP • OSPF • MPLS • EVPN • VXLAN • STP / RSTP / MST • HSRP / VRRP • LACP / EtherChannel Data Centre Technologies • Cisco Nexus • Arista EOS • Data Centre Fabric • Spine-Leaf Architectures • Multicast Technologies ________________________________________ Preferred Experience • Experience working directly for network principal vendors • Strong multi-vendor networking expertise ________________________________________ Certifications One or more of the following is highly desirable: • CCIE (Routing & Switching / Enterprise Infrastructure) • CCNP • CCNA ________________________________________ Working Hours This role operates within a 24x7 global banking support model and requires: • Rotating shifts • Night shifts • Weekend coverage • Public Holiday coverage • On-call support when required Interested applicants, please email your resume to Karin Chan Wei Kien Email: karinchan@recruitexpress.com.sg CEI Reg No: R1104584 Recruit Express Pte Ltd UEN: 199601303W EA Licence No:99C4599
