CLINICAL ADMINISTRATOR (PERM) - #HGAD

Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays, 8:30am - 5:45pm (fully on-site) Job Responsibilities • Work closely with and report to the Nursing Leads as required. • To provide quality administrative support to the day-to-day operations of Clinical Department. • Manage nurse rosters and update overtime schedules in Time Management System. • Data entry for clinical assessments. • Arrange transport for residents’ clinical appointments. • Data collection, analysis and generate various reports for Nursing. • Invoice processing and verification. • Assist Medical Social Workers in processing vaccination and Medifund mailing. • Impart knowledge to train team members. • Improve and enhance the current working process to align with best and compliant practices. • Provide any miscellaneous admin support to Nursing Department as assigned by Head of Nursing.
