Working hours: 5 Days Office Hours • Coordinate and support daily HR and recruitment operations. • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers. • Prepare and process employment-related documents and maintain accurate employee records. • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and orientation arrangements. • Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy. • Handle employee and candidate enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
