Logistics Sales Executive [EL]

• Manage day-to-day air and sea freight sales enquiries received through telephone and email. • Prepare freight quotations based on customer requirements and conduct timely follow-up on sales enquiries and quotations. • Maintain and prepare weekly and monthly sales data, reports and relevant performance information. • Process debit notes and credit notes accurately to support smooth billing and payment processes. • Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate with colleagues and overseas offices to facilitate smooth service delivery. • Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets. • Collaborate with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify and develop new sales opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships. • Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales and enquiry process.
