Business Development Manager (Sales & Marketing)

The Role You will own revenue growth end to end. That means finding new customers, closing deals, and building the marketing engine that keeps the pipeline full. This is a hands-on role in a lean team. You'll have real ownership and direct access to the directors, plus targets that matter. What You'll Do • Generate and close new B2B and B2C business to hit quarterly revenue targets • Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead to signed contract and repeat business • Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events and partnerships • Develop partnerships with developers, contractors, distributors or retail channels (adjust to your entity) • Prepare proposals, quotations and pricing strategies with the operations team • Track market trends, competitors and customer feedback, and turn those insights into new opportunities • Report weekly on pipeline, conversion and campaign performance What You Bring • 3+ years in sales or business development, including at least 2 years carrying a revenue target • A track record of closing deals you can quantify, such as contract values, targets achieved or accounts won • Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns, digital or offline • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field • Strong English; Mandarin is an advantage for regional roles Nice to Have • Experience in construction/building materials/hardware supply, aluminium and glass trade related • Familiarity with CRM tools and social platforms like Xiaohongshu, Facebook, or Instagram • Experience with government tenders (GeBIZ) or regional market entry What We Offer • A clear path to senior leadership as the group expands regionally • Direct impact on strategy and fast decision-making, with no layers of bureaucracy
