HR Intern

Key Responsibilities: HR Analytics & Reporting • Consolidate HR data from multiple sources. • Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel. • Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, training, recruitment, and employee demographics. • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy. Process Improvement & Automation • Review existing HR processes and recommend improvement opportunities. • Assist in digitising HR forms, workflows, and approval processes. • Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint). • Document process maps and workflow diagrams. HR Projects • Support implementation of HR transformation and improvement projects. • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and documentation. • Track project milestones and prepare status updates. • Assist with stakeholder engagement and training activities. Employee Experience & Digitalisation • Support employee survey administration and reporting. • Assist in implementing digital employee engagement initiatives. • Contribute ideas to improve employee experience through technology. • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or data analytics tools is advantageous. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently. • Good communication and presentation skills.
