Staff Nurse

Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree in Nursing, or an equivalent qualification • Candidate must be a State Registered Nurse with a valid certification issued by the Singapore Nursing Board Responsibilities: • Provide preventive and curative medical services under the supervision of the Doctor and Head Nurse • Monitor and oversee the overall health of the residents, while participating in and supervising medical and nursing care routines • Supervise and evaluate the performance of Nursing Aides and Health Attendants • Assist in managing emergency situations within the Home • The Staff Nurse will report to the Head (Nursing and Therapy) Work Location The Welfare Homes provide care for destitute persons, and the work location will be at Admiralty Street. • Acacia Home is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 250 beds, catering male destitute persons.
