Provide On site services for IT-related issues include problems with Desktops, Notebooks/MacBook, Tablets, Printers, Plotters, MFDs, Copiers and Scanners to users 2. Conduct IT Equipment Management Services related to escalation (Eg: to External 3rd party Vendor for Maintenance Support Etc.) 3. Conduct Preventive Maintenance on all Laptop, workstation & MacBook for University 4. Able assist Team Lead to coach & manage a group of Onsite Engineers • Further Administrative Tasks: 1. Knowledge or experience managing company IT Asset in term of excel sheets or organization asset portal. 2. Using excel database to compile and consolidate data & put up to Presentation slides. 3. Experience in PC Tech Refresh, Asset Write-off & Disposal exercises (added advantage) 4.
