Contract Assistant Manager– Facilities Project Management | Up to $7,200 #HHLT

📍 Kent Ridge 🕒 Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm 💰 Up to $7,200/month 📅 10-Month Contract – Maternity Cover 💼 Responsibilities • Plan and implement facilities development projects across Kent Ridge Campus • Develop project governance processes and technical standards for infrastructure projects • Conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects with users • Lead project design development and procurement of consultancy/construction packages • Review project schedules, method statements, material submissions and permits to work • Manage consultants and contractors throughout project delivery • Coordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders • Prepare cost estimates, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and presentation materials • Lead special projects and other facilities development initiatives 📝 Requirements • Min. degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience • Owner/developer-side experience advantageous • Strong technical competency and familiarity with local authority requirements • Strong project and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
