Airfreight Forwarding Customer Service (Import / Export)

Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 Location: 40 Alps Avenue, Singapore 498781 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:30pm | Alternate Sat, 9:00am–1:00pm Employment Type: Permanent Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure. • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues. • Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. • Handle complex or high-value shipments and resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs issues. • Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and regulatory documentation. • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. • Guide junior customer service staff on airfreight procedures and documentation. • Escalate unresolved operational or customer issues to management when necessary. Requirements • Minimum Diploma qualification. • At least 5 years of relevant airfreight / freight forwarding experience . • Proficient in CargoWise .
