JobDescription Position: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant Company: Affluent Software Innovations Location: Singapore Experience: 5–6 Years Employment Type: Contract Role: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level About the Role Affluent Software Innovations is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations , configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and compliant payroll solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, SuccessFactors architecture, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end implementation methodologies. KeyResponsibilities SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Implementation · Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations . · Participate in project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare . · Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. · Configurepayroll-related processes based on business and statutory requirements. · Support implementation activities across multiple project phases and geographic allocations. · Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and other project documentation.Payroll Configuration & Functional Expertise · Configure and support payroll processes including: o Employee master data o Payroll processing o Earnings and deductions o Absence and leave-related payroll processes o Overtime and allowances o Loans and advances o Benefits and reimbursements o Retroactive payroll processing o Off-cyclepayroll o Final settlement o Payroll reconciliation o Payroll reporting · Understand payroll controls, validations, payroll calendars, and payroll processing cycles. Investigate and resolve payroll calculation and processing issues. · Support payroll parallel runs and reconciliation activities. SAP SuccessFactors Integration Work on integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll . · Understand and support integrations with: o Employee Central o Employee Central Time Management o SAPHCM / SAP Payroll o Third-partypayroll systems o Time and attendance systems o Benefits platforms o Banking/paymentsystems · Collaborate with technical teams on integration design, mapping, data transformation, and error resolution. · Troubleshootintegration failures and data synchronization issues. Implementation& Testing Participate in Fit-Gap Analysis and solution workshops. · Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data. · Execute: o Unit Testing o System Integration Testing (SIT) o User Acceptance Testing (UAT) o Regression Testing o Payroll Parallel Testing · Analyze test results and coordinate defect resolution. · Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities. StakeholderManagement · Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. · Conductrequirement-gathering sessions and functional workshops. · Explain payroll processes and system capabilities to business users. · Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and implementation partners. · Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies. ProductionSupport · ProvideL2/L3 functional support for SuccessFactors Payroll. · Analyze production payroll issues and identify root causes. · Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests. · Support payroll users during critical payroll processing periods. · Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Strong implementation experience is mandatory for this position.
