Pioneer Mon to Thurs: 8:30 to 5:45pm, Fri: 8:30am to 5:15pm Job Description You will support the administration of research grants and research-related initiatives managed by the Research Support Office. This includes coordinating grant calls with the Colleges and Schools within the University, supporting researchers and faculty members in grant submissions and post-award activities, facilitating reporting and compliance requirements, and assisting researchers in understanding funding agencies' guidelines and requirements. The role will involve supporting the administration of institutional and external research funding schemes, coordinating review processes and panel meetings, managing communications with stakeholders, maintaining records and documentation, tracking submissions and reporting obligations, and supporting the implementation of new research funding initiatives and process improvements. Also assist in the preparation of meeting materials, reports and presentations, maintain administrative databases and trackers, coordinate grant-related events and activities, and support ad-hoc projects and initiatives undertaken by the Office. Requirements • Bachelor Degree with at least one to two years' relevant work experience. • High competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
