Job Responsibilities: • Create a secure and engaging learning environment through trusting relationships with children. • Design and implement developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula with innovative teaching practices. • Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and the community to enhance children’s learning. • Guide and mentor junior educators, offering ideas and suggestions for professional development . • Contribute to a culture of collaboration within the Centre.
