Sales Designer[ Interior Design/working experience in LANDED HOUSE, HDB flat, condo and commercial]

Key Responsibilities • Meet with prospective clients to understand their design objectives, lifestyle needs, budget expectations, and project schedules. • Create and present creative interior design concepts and proposals using design software and visual presentation tools to effectively communicate design ideas. • Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure design proposals are accurate, practical, and aligned with site conditions. • Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and project specifications based on client requirements and company solutions. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. • Work closely with the design, project, and construction teams to ensure proposed designs are practical, achievable, and delivered to the required quality standards. • Keep abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, products, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients. • Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets while upholding professional design and service standards. • Prepare sales agreements and contracts, follow up on enquiries and leads, and effectively manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to project award. • Provide after-sales support and obtain client feedback to enhance service quality and support continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. • At least 2–3 years of experience in interior design sales, design consultancy, or other client-facing design-related roles. • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualisation/rendering software, or equivalent applications. • Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, space planning, material selection, finishes, and construction detailing. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds. • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, secure sales opportunities, and successfully close projects while maintaining design quality and integrity. • Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, pricing, and estimation processes. • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Possesses a strong sense of aesthetics together with practical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM systems will be an added advantage. • Familiarity with local building regulations, statutory requirements, codes, and compliance standards is preferred. • Able to work effectively within a team environment while remaining self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented in achieving business objectives.
