Senior Software Engineer (Python | AI/ML | Cloud)

Software Engineer(Python | AI/ML | Cloud) • Build and operate a live AI recommendation platform • Work with Python, AWS, Kubernetes & Databricks • Hands-on exposure to ML, LLM & Agentic AI Background Join a live AI recommendationplatform powering personalised jobs, courses, careers and learning contentacross public-sector digital products. Responsibilities • Maintain and enhance production Python APIs and services for reliability and performance. • Monitor production systems and handle incidents, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis . • Maintain data pipelines and batch jobs using SQL, PySpark and Databricks. • Support model retraining, data refreshes and recommendation processing. • Manage cloud infrastructure, dependencies, patches and GCC costs . • Maintain security and compliance requirements, including IM8, VAPT and security remediation . • Maintain technical documentation and support agency engineering teams. Requirements • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend skills. • Experience with production APIs/services on AWS , plus Docker and Kubernetes. • Hands-on SQL and Spark/PySpark experience; Databricks or Airflow is a plus. • Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident management and production support. • Understanding of application security and remediation of VAPT/security findings . • Experience with ML/LLM production systems is advantageous. • Able to quickly understand existing codebases and work independently. • Experience using agentic AI coding tools .
