Accounts Payable Assistant (Central / MNC / 5 days) [EL]

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions , including invoice processing and verification. • Process employee claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies. • Prepare and process payment transactions while maintaining accurate payment records. • Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation and filing. • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related queries. • Assist with month-end closing activities and other ad-hoc accounting duties as required.
