Front Desk & Guest Experience

As we continue to grow and expand our leisure operations, we are looking to add to our Front Desk team. Join us in a golf & leisure environment, where you'll be the first point of contact for golfers, families and guests. 📍 Joo Koon ⏰ 44 hours/week | 5 days rostered 📅 Shift work, including weekends & Public Holidays Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly service • Handle enquiries, bookings, check-ins and payments • Assist with equipment rentals, memberships, promotions and events • Provide information on our golf and leisure facilities • Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving issues • Support daily Front Desk and administrative duties • Work closely with Operations and F&B teams • Keep the Front Desk and guest areas organised and presentable What We're Looking For • Professional, service-oriented and customer-focused • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good English communication skills • Comfortable using computers and basic Microsoft Office • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks • Responsible, positive and willing to learn • Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage • Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays Join a growing team and be part of creating a welcoming experience for our guests.
