Operations Executive - Golf & Leisure Venue

THE ROLE As a Golf & Leisure Operations Executive, you will take greater ownership of the daily operation at our driving range, coordinating facilities, equipment, activities and operational requirements. You will resolve day-to-day issues, support the team and take ownership of assigned projects and improvements. WHAT YOU'LL DO Daily Operations & Facilities • Coordinate daily operations across assigned facilities and operational areas. • Monitor facility and equipment readiness and address routine operational issues. • Coordinate maintenance follow-up and ensure operating and safety procedures are followed. Team Support • Guide Operations Assistants and interns in daily operational activities and work priorities. • Share practical knowledge and reinforce consistent operating standards. Guest Experience • Assist guests with operational matters and resolve routine service issues. • Work with Customer Relations to address guest needs and support service recovery where required. Events & Projects • Coordinate operational requirements for events, activities and programmes. • Take ownership of assigned projects, new initiatives and operational improvements. • Support the implementation of new facilities, equipment, systems and procedures. Cross-Functional Support • Coordinate with Customer Relations, F&B and other teams to maintain smooth daily operations. • Provide operational or guest-service support when required, within training and assigned responsibilities. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • Relevant experience in operations, hospitality, leisure, sports, recreation, facilities or a related environment. • Experience coordinating people, activities or operational tasks is an advantage. • Good organisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. • Comfortable working hands-on and interacting with guests. • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the wider team. • Willing to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
