🏥 Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality | Healthcare 📍 Central 🗓 5-Day Work Week Great opportunity for candidates with experience in contract management, vendor management, facilities, hospitality or healthcare support services . Key Responsibilities • Manage assigned hospitality/service portfolios covering areas such as Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry and Portering Services • Manage service providers and ensure contractual KPIs and service standards are achieved • Monitor vendor performance and address service gaps or operational issues • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and workplace safety requirements • Monitor service quality and implement process/service improvements to enhance operational effectiveness • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support operational requirements • Oversee contract governance, performance reports and documentation to maintain audit readiness • Support budgeting, procurement and financial management activities • Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience • Support team development through coaching, engagement and knowledge sharing 📩 Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @jocelynchan.
