Perm Patient Service Officer (Shift) - Up to $3.2K #HTJ

• Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services • Attend to phone, online, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care • Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management • Handle billing, payments, and third-party claims accurately • Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing • Identify and escalate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff • Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts • Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements • Provide administrative support including reporting, filing, and inventory coordination Requirements • Min N / O level • Min 2 years of Clinic assistant / PSA experience • Able to commit 3 rotating shifts Interested candidates, please forward your resume to jalenetan@recruitexpress.com.sg Consultant: Jalene Tan (R26160390) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (99C4599)
