Sales Support Executive [EL]

• Respond to customer enquiries received via email, telephone and fax in a timely and professional manner. • Prepare quotations and advise customers on applicable delivery lead times. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FS product ranges to provide accurate information and support to customers. • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on order confirmation, delivery schedules and logistics arrangements. • Develop and maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers. • Apply the relevant pricing and mark-up guidelines for different customer categories. • Process customer orders and requirements accurately and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment. • Provide administrative and coordination support to the relevant business divisions. • Review customer purchase orders against the corresponding quotations and ensure discrepancies are clarified before submitting orders to the Order Processing team. • Undertake other duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management.
