Permanent Part Time Service Crew

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival • Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally • Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner • Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales • Assist with basic food preparation when required • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas • Replenish and stock supplies as needed • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Minimum N level • Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA) • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine • Friendly, service-oriented, and pleasant personality • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Good attention to detail • Team player with a collaborative mindset • Note: this is a Chinese restaurant and not halal-certified Working arrangement: 3 days a week, Friday to Sunday Working hours: Half Day and/or Full Shifts available: 1) 11am to 3pm and 2) 5.30pm to 9.30pm
