Working Hours: Office Hours 1) Daily Operations • Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers • Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient • Picking, packing and labelling in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures • Perform billing functions • Ensures work area is ready for daily operations • Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy and ward areas where drugs are stored • Involvement in workplace quality improvement projects/activities as and when required 2) Inventory Management • Ensures stocks are stocked up properly and tidily according to First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) requirement and stipulated storage condition • Able to use omnicell to determine availability of stock in various wards • Ensures correct receiving of goods • Secondary repackaging/redressing • Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically according to SOPs 3) Dispensing • Dispensing of medications to patients in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures Requirements • Min Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) OR Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science • No experience required as training provided Interested candidate, kindly send a copy of your resume to adelinelim@recruitexpress.com.sg Adeline Lim Xin Ying [R23112000] Email Address: adelinelim@recruitexpress.com.sg Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 99C4599
